Official Season Advertisement Letter

I agree to purchase advertising space in the Kentucky Ballet Theatre of Lexington 2023-2024 season program, under the terms stated below.

 

Terms:

 

Payment for advertising and any related charges is due in full by September 24, 2023. A monthly service charge of 10% will be added to all unpaid balances after that date. Contracts are non-cancellable after the September 24 deadline, which reserves you an advertisement space in the program. There are also no refunds after that date.

 

Kentucky Ballet Theatre requests print-ready artwork in PDF, EPS or JPEG format. Advertisers interested in space do have the option to work with KBT’s graphic designer to facilitate their ad for a small, additional fee based on the advertisement dimensions. Please contact Sarah Robinson at sarahsrobinson@gmail.com for design assistance. The artwork cannot change during the season.
